| Peel one pumpkin, remove seeds and cut into chunks. Place in frying pan and sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar, add juice from 1 lemon. Cover and cook on a low heat for aprox 1 hour until the pumpkin is tender. Remove the pumpkin from the heat and cool in the syrup. Remove the pumkin pieces and arrange on a plate. Spoon over the syrup and drizzle with tahini sauce and a handful of walnuts. Delicious with chicken. |
